Please do not move furniture. If moved, we reserve the right to charge a $50 fee. No smoking allowed. In order to offer the best experience for all guests, and maintain a smoke free environment, a $150 intensive cleaning and air purification fee will apply to any guests smoking in the building. No disposal of cigarette butts outside. Clean-up of cigarette butts will be charged at $50. No unregistered overnight guests. Additional guests will be charged at a rate of $50/person per night. No social gatherings/parties. A fee of $50/person will apply. Please remove your shoes at the entrance to allow a clean environment. Please don't use the Kitchen countertop as cutting board. If we detect more than wear and tear damage, we might hold you accountable. Unauthorized late Check out: 1) A late check out fee of $50 applies at 10:30 a.m. 2) A fee of $200 applies at 12:00 (noon) if still not check out. 3) If we need to give any kind of refund/reimbursement to other guests due to the late check out, you will be held accountable for this amount. Our units are NO PET units. Unmonitored incident cameras are located outside for guests' safety. Covering the outside camera is not permitted.
