You will receive a door code for the keypad at the front door. The apartment door has a key which will be available through the lockbox next to the apartment dor.

House Rules
Please do not move furniture. If moved, we reserve the right to charge a $50 fee.
No unregistered overnight guests. Additional guests will be charged at a rate of $50/person per night.
Our units are NO PET units. We have guests with allergies who book with us with the expectation of a hypoallergenic environment. If you decide to bring a pet and not disclose it, a per day charge of $50 and extended cleaning fee of $100 applies. Emotional support animals must be announced (so our cleaning crew can plan accordingly) and can't be left unattended.
No smoking in the building. In order to offer the best experience for all guests, and maintain a smoke free environment, a $150 intensive cleaning and air purification fee will apply to any guests smoking in the building. No disposal of cigarette butts outside. Clean-up of cigarette butts will be charged at $50.
This is a triplex with professionals in it. Please be aware that this apartment can't accommodate parties. No group meeting over 6 people please. A charge of $35 per person will be requested if more than 6 present. No commercial use of the apartment.
Unmonitored incident cameras are located in the hallways and outside for guests' safety.
Visitors usually take off their shoes once entered.
Guest agrees NOT To use Self tanning or hair dying products if towels are provided.
We would appreciate if you could do your dishes prior leaving.
Torie Rule: we reserve the right to check on you or the property if you don't reply to us within 3 days.
Unauthorized late Check out:
1) A late check out fee of $50 applies at 10:30 a.m.
2) A fee of $100 applies at 12:00 (noon) if still not checked out.
3) If we need to give any kind of refund/reimbursement to other guests due to the late check out, you will be held accountable for

More than 30 days before check-in: Eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
30 days or less before check-in: No refunds will be provided. The full booking amount will be forfeited.
Full Payment: The remaining balance of the booking (75%) is due no later than 30 days prior to the check-in date. Failure to pay in full by this deadline will result in cancellation of the reservation, and the above cancellation policy will apply.
Early Departure: There will be no refunds for guests who choose to leave before their scheduled departure date.
No Exceptions: This policy applies strictly without exceptions, including but not limited to personal emergencies, adverse weather conditions, or travel disruptions. It is highly recommended to purchase travel insurance to mitigate any potential losses.
Force Majeure: In cases of force majeure, where external forces beyond our control impede the fulfillment of your booking (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), we will offer a credit equal to the full booking amount, valid for one year from the original check-in date.

For safety reasons, video cameras are installed outside of the unit, and may be monitored from time to time. NO CAMERAS ARE LOCATED IN THE APARTMENT.
