Loss of Parking ticket charge: $75 Parking height restrictions: 5' 8" Please do not move furniture. No unregistered overnight guests. Additional guests will be charged at a rate of $50/person per night. No smoking is permitted. In order to offer the best experience for all guests, and maintain a smoke free environment, a $150 intensive cleaning and air purification fee will apply to any guests smoking in the building. If moved, we reserve the right to charge a $50 fee. No disposal of cigarette butts outside. Clean-up of cigarette butts will be charged at $50. We will provide you with a 3 month parking pass issued by the City of North Bay. Please return it to the unit before you leave. Replacement cost for the parking pass is $75. This space is located in one of the oldest buildings in North Bay. We share the hallway with the attached building. We don't have influence over the design of this area and we are limited with our design and maintenance efforts. Cigarette smoke smell may be present while passing the hallway. If you expect new build quality, please don't rent from us. Please remove your shoes at the entrance to allow a clean environment. Guest agrees NOT To use Self tanning or hair dying products if towels are provided. Unauthorized late Check out: 1) A late check out fee of $50 applies at 10:30 a.m. 2) A fee of $200 applies at 12:00 (noon) if still not check out. 3) If we need to give any kind of refund/reimbursement to other guests due to the late check out, you will be held accountable for this amount. Our units are NO PET units. We have guests with allergies who book with us with the expectation of a hypoallergenic environment. If you decide to bring a pet and not disclose it, a per day charge of $50 and extended cleaning fee of $100 applies. Emotional support animals must be announced and can't be left unattended. Unmonitored incident cameras are located in hallways or potentially outside for guests' safety. Covering the hallway camera is not permitted. Per the Airbnb terms of service, “guests are responsible and liable for your own acts and omissions and are also responsible for the acts and omissions of anyone you invite to join or provide access to any Accommodation, Experience or other Host Service. For example, this means: (i) you are responsible for leaving an Accommodation (and related personal property) in the condition it was in when you arrived”. If the property is left in an extremely dirty condition we reserve the right to clean it and to charge the guest for cleaning services beyond what is reasonable.
We allow 24h a day check in, but only provide support to potential issues which arise during the check-in process between 8am and 10pm. If you encounter issues during the check in process after 10pm we can't guarantee that we will be able to help you. Please make sure to arrive before 10pm!
