This is an Upper Level Apartment on the beginning of Main Street. It won't get more Downtown than this. It for sure is the most convenient location for access to downtown North Bay. To your convenience we include covered parking in a nearby parking garage only 2 min walking distance.

This cozy, clean, mid-scale apartment is located on the 2nd floor above local shops. Internet, 40inch TV, Netflix, Full kitchen, queen bed, bath tub .... all included.

We provide clean, modern accommodations.
You will have access to a modern, quiet, one-bedroom apartment. Enjoy your stay to the fullest with our clean and well maintained kitchen and bathroom. Large windows allow for lots of natural light. Relaxing atmosphere with television, lounging area, internet and Netflix included.

This space is located in one of the oldest buildings in the downtown. We share the hallway with the attached building. We don't have influence over the design of this area and we are limited with our design and maintenance efforts. If you expect Toronto Highrise buildings, please don't rent from us.

House Rules

Please do not move furniture. No unregistered overnight guests. Additional guests will be charged at a rate of $50/person per night. No smoking is permitted. In order to offer the best experience for all guests, and maintain a smoke free environment, a $150 intensive cleaning and air purification fee will apply to any guests smoking in the building. If moved, we reserve the right to charge a $50 fee. No disposal of cigarette butts outside. Clean-up of cigarette butts will be charged at $50. We will provide you with a 3 month parking pass issued by the City of North Bay. Please return it to the unit before you leave. Replacement cost for the parking pass is $75. If you expect new build quality, please don't rent from us. Please remove your shoes at the entrance to allow a clean environment. Guest agrees NOT To use Self tanning or hair dying products if towels are provided. Unauthorized late Check out: 1) A late check out fee of $50 applies at 10:30 a.m. 2) A fee of $200 applies at 12:00 (noon) if still not check out. 3) If we need to give any kind of refund/reimbursement to other guests due to the late check out, you will be held accountable for this amount. Our units are NO PET units. We have guests with allergies who book with us with the expectation of a hypoallergenic environment. If you decide to bring a pet and not disclose it, a per day charge of $50 and extended cleaning fee of $100 applies. Emotional support animals must be announced and can't be left unattended. Unmonitored incident cameras are located in hallways or potentially outside for guests' safety. Covering the hallway camera is not permitted. Per the Airbnb terms of service, “guests are responsible and liable for your own acts and omissions and are also responsible for the acts and omissions of anyone you invite to join or provide access to any Accommodation, Experience or other Host Service. For example, this means: (i) you are responsible for leaving an Accommodation (and related personal property) in the condition it was in when you arrived”. If the property is left in an extremely dirty condition we reserve the right to clean it and to charge the guest for cleaning services beyond what is reasonable. We allow 24h a day check in, but only provide support to potential issues which arise during the check-in process between 8am and 10pm. If you encounter issues during the check in process after 10pm we can't guarantee that we will be able to help you. Security cameras are present in shared hallways within the building. Tori Rule: We reserve the right to check the unit when you didn't respond within 72h to any of our communication. We will give you at least 24h notice and a time window when we will be coming to check on you (and the apartment). Tealia Rule: Please be advised that traces of nuts (peanuts aso) might be found in the apartment. If you are allergic to nuts (or other items), we recommend to book a nut free home or have an EpiPen available. For housing purposes only, no commercial use. We do not allow parties, thus maintaining a quiet and respectful environment. No additional guests permitted, outside of those declared at the time of registration. There is a $75 fee for the parking pass if it is not returned at the check out date. We will request this payment directly here via airbnb when cleaning doesn't find the parking pass in the apartment. ***Please note that all reservations of 30 days or less in the city of North Bay are subject to an additional 4% Municipal Accommodation Tax*** This tax will be shown as a “Community Fee” when booking. If you are booking for more than 30 days this Community Fee will also show but will have been discounted from the cost of booking.
